Artwork Upload

Please fill in the following form to submit the work and upload the files for artwork:

  • Please scan or take pictures of your work and upload the png/jpg file. Each image file must be less than 10MB.
  • The mp3 track for describing your work must be less than 10MB. The written description of your work must not exceed 100 words.
  • Upon the completion of the submission, “Submitted Successfully” will be seen on the webpage.
